✈️ The opportunity

As an A320 First Officer, you will operate short- and medium-haul sectors on the Airbus A320 family, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer care. You’ll partner closely with the Captain and cabin crew, execute SOPs with precision, and actively contribute to a robust safety culture on every flight.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the A320 family as Pilot Flying/Pilot Monitoring in full compliance with company and EASA procedures.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and detailed operational briefings.
  • Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures while maintaining impeccable situational awareness.
  • Champion safety reporting and adherence to the Safety Management System (SMS) and Just Culture principles.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with flight crew, cabin crew, ATC, and ground operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Type-rated on A320 with current currency; minimum 200 hours in type.
  • EASA licence holders only: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
  • Class 1 medical certificate.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Completion of an EASA Operator Conversion Course (OCC) at an airline.
  • Ability to obtain employment without visa sponsorship (sponsorship is not provided).
