Join a high-performing flight deck and take the next step in your career as a type-rated First Officer on the Airbus A320 family. If you are fluent in Russian, eligible for international operations, and meet the recency and hour requirements, we want to hear from you.
🧭 Your mission
Support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and professional operations across a diverse international route network. You will apply precise flight planning, disciplined SOP adherence, and excellent CRM to ensure every sector is flown to the highest standard.
- Operate A319/A320/A321 flights in full compliance with company SOPs and international regulations.
- Execute thorough preflight preparation, performance, and fuel planning.
- Demonstrate strong CRM, decision-making, and threat/error management.
- Contribute to a safety-first culture and a seamless passenger experience.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Total time: Minimum 2000 hours
- In type: Minimum 500 hours on Airbus A319/A320/A321 or Airbus A330
- Flight time notes: Minimum of 2000 flight hours as a First Officer on Airbus A319/A320/A321 or Airbus A330 (with at least 500 hours on the corresponding type)
- Type rating: Required (current Airbus type rating; A320 family preferred)
- License: ATPL — open to ICAO license holders
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: Fluency in Russian and ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- International eligibility: Admission to international flights and valid travel documents
- Recency: No break in flight operations exceeding 12 months
Candidates with qualifying A330 First Officer time who meet the minima are welcome to apply.
