🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs, applicable regulations, and best-in-class safety standards.
  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight: flight planning, FMS setup, performance calculations, departure/arrival briefings, and checklist discipline.
  • Maintain high situational awareness, effective CRM, and clear, concise radio communications.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and performance, proactively managing threats and errors to ensure a safe, on-time operation.
  • Champion a safety-first culture through professional conduct, continuous learning, and adherence to all operational policies.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • In type (A320 family): 500 hours
  • Type rating: Required (Airbus A320 Family)
  • Licenses: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted license authorities: EASA, FAA, ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4
