🧭 Your Mission
- Execute line operations on the A320 family as PF/PM, ensuring strict compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and threat & error management briefings.
- Maintain exceptional situational awareness, especially in high‑workload and abnormal scenarios, supporting timely, well‑reasoned decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain, flight dispatch, and cabin crew—communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully.
- Champion safety and reporting culture, contributing to continuous improvement within the SMS.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Type‑Rated on A320 family with a minimum of 500 hours in type.
- Valid ATPL and Class 1 medical; open to EASA licence holders.
- ICAO ELP Level 4+ English proficiency.
- Clear, respectful communication and strong teamwork—especially under time pressure.
- Proven problem‑solving, initiative, and composure in stressful or rapidly changing circumstances.
- Structured, analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and checklist discipline.
