- Radio licence: Valid radiotelephony licence

- Manage FMS, navigation, and communications professionally, maintaining high situational awareness.
- Practice disciplined CRM, threat and error management, and robust decision-making.
- Execute normal and non‑normal procedures with precision and professionalism.
- Champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement during line operations and training.
