🧭 Your mission
As a First Officer on the Airbus A320 Family, you will work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, punctual, and passenger-focused operations. You’ll apply disciplined SOPs, effective CRM, and sound airmanship from briefing to block-in.
- Execute all phases of flight in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct precise preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems checks.
- Use data-driven decision-making to support safety, fuel efficiency, and on-time performance.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to manage normal and non-normal procedures with calm, clear communication.
- Champion a professional, safety-first culture and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 1,200 hours
- On Type: 800 hours on A320/A330/A340 (combination acceptable)
- CS-25 Experience: Minimum 1,000 hours on CS-25 aircraft
- Last Flight (Recency): Operated A320/A330/A340 within the 36 months prior to the course start date
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME
- Type Rating on Licence: A320/A330/A340 listed
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
Currency requirement: Your application must be made within 36 months of the most recent A320/A330/A340 “Valid Until” date shown in Section XII (Certificate of Revalidation). In other words, the rating must not have been expired for more than 3 years at the intended OCC/CCQ course commencement date.
