Airbus A320 Family First Officer — No Type Rating Required (Training Provided)

🧭 Role at a glance

As a First Officer on the Airbus A320 family, you will operate in a modern, multi-crew environment, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You’ll work closely with the Captain and flight operations teams to ensure exceptional safety, compliance, and passenger experience.

• Execute flight operations to the highest safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the flight deck and cabin to maintain strong CRM.
• Perform flight planning, performance calculations, fuel and weather analysis, and post-flight reporting.
• Maintain currency, discipline, and professionalism across all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1,500 hours
• Turbine time: 1,000 hours (including minimum 1,000 hours on multi-crew jet or turboprop aircraft)
• License: CPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• Type rating: Not required — training provided

🌟 Training and licensing

We welcome non-type-rated pilots. A comprehensive A320 type-rating program is provided upon successful selection.

• Open to license holders: EASA, FAA, ICAO
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
