🧭 Your mission

Operate the Airbus A320 family to the highest standards of airmanship and compliance. You’ll support the Captain in all phases of flight, uphold SOPs, manage cockpit resources effectively, and deliver on-time, safe, and seamless operations while representing the brand with professionalism and warmth.

🧰 Minimum requirements

License: ATPL (valid)
Open to Lic. Holders: CAAV
Medical: Class 1
Type rating: Airbus A320 Family (current)
Hours on type: 2,500+
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Language: Fluency in Vietnamese
