Airbus A320 Family First Officer

• Operate A320 family aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
• Support the Captain through all flight phases: preflight planning, briefings, checklists, and in-flight decision-making.
• Champion a just culture and proactive safety mindset; report hazards and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Deliver an excellent passenger experience through professional communication and teamwork with cabin crew and ground partners.
• Maintain currency and proficiency through recurrent training and checking requirements.

• Current and valid CPL, IR, and ME privileges with a Class 1 Medical.
• Current A320 family type rating and recent operational experience preferred.
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure.
• High personal standards of professionalism, integrity, and discipline.

• Education: At least high school graduation.
• Discipline: No history of written disciplinary action due to flight performance or flight indiscipline.
• Record: No criminal record or criminal archive record.
• Base: Acceptance of company-determined base and residency at that base.
• Medical clearance: Successful completion of the final pre-employment examination conducted by AJet workplace physicians.
• Training history: No previous failures in training or control flights at Turkish Airlines or other airlines.
• Employment history: No prior termination from THY AO or its subsidiary companies.
• Blue Card holders: Must speak Turkish fluently and understandably.
• Licensing authorities: Applications welcomed from DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, and ICAO license holders.
