🧭 Role overview
As Captain, you will lead the flight deck on the A320 family, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth operations from pushback to parking. You’ll mentor the crew, apply sound decision-making under all conditions, and represent the airline with professionalism on every international sector.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Flight Time: Minimum 3,000 hours PIC, including PIC on type (A320 Family).
- License: Valid ATPL; open to ICAO license holders.
- Medical: Class 1.
- English Proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher (ICAO).
- Type Rating: Airbus A320 Family.
🌐 Additional requirements
- Language: Fluency in Russian.
- Operational Authority: Authorization to perform international flights.
- Recency: No break in flight work longer than 1 year.
