Command Airbus A320 family aircraft with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and passenger care.
Lead and mentor a multi-crew team, fostering strong cockpit resource management and clear communications.
Execute flights in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best-practice airmanship.
Apply sound operational judgement in dynamic environments, including secondary and emerging destinations.
Champion fuel-efficient and on-time performance while maintaining the highest safety margins.
Contribute to our Safety Management System, reporting hazards and supporting a just culture.
Represent HK Express with professionalism, embodying our adventurous, customer-first ethos.

Total time: ≥ 3,000 hours
Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: ≥ 1,000 hours (on multi‑engine jet aircraft)
In type: ≥ 500 hours on the Airbus A320 Family
Multi-engine: ≥ 1,000 hours
Jet: ≥ 1,000 hours
Multi-crew operations: ≥ 2,500 hours
Recent experience: ≥ 500 PIC hours on A320 Family within the last 5 years
Last flight: Within the last 6 months
Type rating: Current and valid A320 Family type rating
License: Valid ICAO ATPL with Class 1 Medical
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4
Radiotelephony: Valid Radiotelephony Operator’s License
Health & Safety: Covid‑19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
