Lead safe, efficient A320 family operations while setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding passenger care.

Exercise command across all phases of flight with sound, risk-aware decision-making.
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Foster strong CRM, mentoring First Officers and nurturing a just culture.
Plan and execute flights efficiently, optimizing performance, fuel, and on-time performance.
Manage abnormal and emergency procedures with procedural discipline and calm leadership.
Champion continuous improvement and an uncompromising focus on safety.

Total time: 4000+ hours
In type (A320 family): 500+ hours
Type rating: Current and valid on the Airbus A320 family
License: EASA ATPL
Medical: Class 1 (current)
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
Passport: Valid
Right to work: Able to work without employer-sponsored visa
