🧭 Your mission

Lead safe, efficient A320 family operations while setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding passenger care.

  • Exercise command across all phases of flight with sound, risk-aware decision-making.
  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong CRM, mentoring First Officers and nurturing a just culture.
  • Plan and execute flights efficiently, optimizing performance, fuel, and on-time performance.
  • Manage abnormal and emergency procedures with procedural discipline and calm leadership.
  • Champion continuous improvement and an uncompromising focus on safety.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 4000+ hours
  • In type (A320 family): 500+ hours
  • Type rating: Current and valid on the Airbus A320 family
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1 (current)
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Passport: Valid
  • Right to work: Able to work without employer-sponsored visa
