  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command A320 family operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering a culture of teamwork and exemplary CRM.
  • Conduct thorough briefings, manage fuel and payload plans, and make sound, timely operational decisions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, manufacturer guidance, and state/ICAO regulations.
  • Champion a just culture, proactive reporting, and continuous improvement across flight operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: Minimum 4,000 hours
  • Time on type/heavy jet: Minimum 4,000 hours on A320 type or on turbojet aircraft over 30 tons equipped with FMC, EFIS, or glass cockpit
  • PIC in type/heavy jet: Minimum 2,000 hours PIC on A320 type or turbojet aircraft over 30 tons with FMC, EFIS, or glass cockpit
  • License: Valid ATPL (EASA, FAA, or ICAO)
  • Type rating: Current A320 type rating
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4 (minimum)
  • Record: No flight accident, serious incident, or criminal record
