Step into a command role on the Airbus A320 family, flying scheduled Part 121 operations with a safety-first, team-driven airline. As Captain, you’ll lead the flight deck, mentor First Officers, and deliver a consistently exceptional operation.

- Partner closely with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Cabin Crew to execute an on-time, passenger-first operation.
- Bring leadership, judgement, and calm to dynamic, high-tempo environments.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Plan and conduct flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Exercise PIC authority and ensure robust threat and error management.
- Perform thorough preflight, in-flight, and postflight procedures, including performance and fuel planning.
- Coach and support First Officers to foster a high-performance cockpit culture.
- Communicate clearly with ATC and stakeholders, maintaining situational awareness at all times.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- License: Valid ATPL issued by an ICAO member state
- Open to lic. holders: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4
- Type rating: Required — current type rating on A320 or other commercial jet
- Total time: 4,000+ hours in commercial airline operations (Part 121)
- PIC time: 1,500+ hours on commercial jets while employed by a commercial airline
Note: Candidates must be type-rated and meet all hour thresholds at time of application.
