🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate A320 family aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command across domestic and regional routes, upholding the highest levels of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the flight deck with firm, fair, and collaborative leadership—driving effective CRM, briefings, and clear communication in all phases of flight.
- Execute SOPs and performance requirements, including fuel planning, operational decision‑making, and timely, data‑driven choices.
- Coach and mentor First Officers through structured briefings, debriefings, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Deliver guest‑centric operations that reflect Cebu Pacific’s promise to create unforgettable moments for every Juan.
🌟 What you bring
- Total Time: 3,500 hours minimum
- PIC on A320 Family: 500 hours minimum
- Type Rating: Current and valid on A320 family
- License: ATPL — open to ICAO license holders
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ELP Level 4 or higher

- Radio License: Must have a valid Radio License
