🧰 What you’ll do

• Operate A320 family aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command across domestic and regional routes, upholding the highest levels of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the flight deck with firm, fair, and collaborative leadership—driving effective CRM, briefings, and clear communication in all phases of flight.
• Execute SOPs and performance requirements, including fuel planning, operational decision‑making, and timely, data‑driven choices.
• Coach and mentor First Officers through structured briefings, debriefings, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Deliver guest‑centric operations that reflect Cebu Pacific’s promise to create unforgettable moments for every Juan.

🌟 What you bring

• Total Time: 3,500 hours minimum
• PIC on A320 Family: 500 hours minimum
• Type Rating: Current and valid on A320 family
• License: ATPL — open to ICAO license holders
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ELP Level 4 or higher

• Radio License: Must have a valid Radio License
