🧭 Your Mission

As an A320 Family Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across our dynamic network.

  • Command A320 family flights in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of airmanship, safety, and decision-making in all phases of flight.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering strong CRM and teamwork.
  • Optimize performance through precise flight planning, fuel management, and on-time operations.
  • Represent Cebu Pacific’s values—creating memorable experiences for every Juan.

🧰 What You Bring

  • License: ATPL — open to ICAO license holders
  • Type rating: Current and valid on the Airbus A320 Family
  • Total time: 3,500 hours minimum
  • PIC in type: 500 hours minimum
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ELP: ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • Radio license: Must have a valid Radio License

Candidates must be type-rated on the A320 family to be considered.
