Airbus A320 Family Captain – Permanent (Type-Rated)

This permanent, line-flying role is ideal for decisive leaders with a safety-first mindset. As Captain, you will own the operational outcome, foster strong CRM, and ensure a smooth, on-time experience for our customers and crew.

• Exercise command on A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Champion a just culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead with calm, clear decision-making and effective communication on the flight deck.
• Mentor colleagues and model exemplary CRM standards.
• Deliver fuel- and time-efficient operations while upholding a great customer experience.

• Total time: 4,000 hours
• PIC in type: 1,000 hours (A320 family)
• Jet time: 2,000 hours
• Type rating: Required (A320 family)
• License: ATPL
• Licences accepted: EASA, FAA, ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher

• Current, unrestricted ATPL and valid Class 1 medical.
• Current A320 family type rating; recent experience preferred.
• Open to EASA, FAA, and ICAO licence holders.
• Company-sponsored visa available for qualified candidates.
