🧭 Minimum Qualifications

• Valid ATPL issued by an ICAO authority.
• Current Class 1 Medical.
• ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Total jet time: 5,000+ hours.
• Captain-in-Command (PIC) time: 1,000+ hours, including at least 1,000 hours PIC on A320 family or other airline transport jet category (e.g., B737, MD80).
• Type Rating on A320: Not required. Full A320 family training provided post-selection.

🧰 Additional Requirements

• Provide the latest Proficiency Check / Proficiency Training / Annual Line Check report.
• References from the Chief Pilot (or equivalent) of your last two employers.
• Flight safety record issued by an official organization and your current airline.
• No history of, or convictions for, substance abuse.

• Coach and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams to deliver operational excellence and outstanding passenger experience.

• Champion a just culture, proactive safety reporting, and continuous improvement.
