Step into the left seat on the Airbus A320 family with a permanent role designed for seasoned jet Captains. If you bring proven leadership, impeccable airmanship, and a safety-first mindset, we’ll provide the A320 type rating and transition training to set you up for success.
🧭 Minimum Qualifications
- Valid ATPL issued by an ICAO authority.
- Current Class 1 Medical.
- ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Total jet time: 5,000+ hours.
- Captain-in-Command (PIC) time: 1,000+ hours, including at least 1,000 hours PIC on A320 family or other airline transport jet category (e.g., B737, MD80).
- Type Rating on A320: Not required. Full A320 family training provided post-selection.
🧰 Additional Requirements
- Provide the latest Proficiency Check / Proficiency Training / Annual Line Check report.
- References from the Chief Pilot (or equivalent) of your last two employers.
- Flight safety record issued by an official organization and your current airline.
- No history of, or convictions for, substance abuse.

- Coach and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams to deliver operational excellence and outstanding passenger experience.

- Champion a just culture, proactive safety reporting, and continuous improvement.
