Command A320 family operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, fostering effective CRM and a positive, safety-focused culture.
Execute precise flight planning, fuel and payload management, and on-time performance within SOPs and regulatory frameworks.
Exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments, adapting to weather, ATC, and operational changes.
Represent HK Express with professionalism, delivering a reliable, friendly low-cost experience for every guest.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

Total Time: 3,000 hours
PIC Time: 1,000 hours
Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
Turbine: 1,000 hours
Flight Time Notes:
- Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on multi-engine jet or turbine aircraft
- At least 500 PIC hours on civil-registered transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operations
- A minimum of 2,500 hours in multi-crew operations
Last Flight: Within the last 6 months
License: Current ATPL (ICAO)
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
Radiotelephony: Valid Radiotelephony Operator’s License
Type Rating: Not required — full training provided on the A320 family
