Step into the left seat on a permanent contract. We’re seeking an experienced jet Captain to lead safe, efficient operations on the Airbus A320 family. Non-Type Rated? No problem — we provide type rating training for the right leaders.
🧭 The opportunity
As A320 Family Captain, you’ll command across our network, model exemplary airmanship, and champion a just culture and robust CRM.
- Command A320 Family flights with an unwavering safety-first mindset.
- Own flight planning, performance, fuel decisions, and operational compliance from gate to gate.
- Coach and mentor First Officers, elevating CRM and SOP adherence.
- Ensure regulatory conformity and continuous operational improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 3,000 flight hours
- Flight time: At least 3,000 hours in full EFIS aircraft over 30 tons
- License: ATPL
- Accepted authorities: AAC
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- Passport: A valid passport is essential
🌟 Preferred
- A320 experience: A320 Family capacity/type rating (desirable)
🎓 Training
Non-Type Rated Captains are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will receive A320 Family type rating training followed by line indoctrination and supervised line flying.
