Ready to lead from the left seat? We’re seeking seasoned Captains to join A320 family operations. Non‑Type Rated Captains are welcome — we provide A320 type‑rating training to get you line‑ready.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Turbine time: 1,000 hours
- Flight time notes: Minimum 1,000 hrs P1 on transport jet/turboprop aircraft with MTOW Category B (5,700 kg to 40,000 kg) or higher
- License: ATPL — open to PCAA holders
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4
🌟 Preferred Profile
- Current A320 family type rating
- and/or TRI/TRE and/or SFI/SFE endorsements on your ATPL
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Lead safe, compliant A320 family operations as Pilot‑in‑Command
- Exercise sound operational judgment in dynamic environments
- Coach and mentor flight crew to uphold a high‑performance cockpit culture
- Champion SMS and SOPs while delivering an excellent passenger experience
🎓 Training & Onboarding
Non‑Type Rated Captains will receive A320 type‑rating training, followed by a structured line training program to ensure a confident transition to the fleet.
Preference may be given to candidates already type‑rated and/or holding instructional endorsements.
