Command A320 family operations across domestic and regional networks, upholding the highest standards of safety, leadership, and passenger service. You’ll set the tone on the flight deck, mentor crew, and make sound operational decisions in a dynamic environment—with a clear pathway to A320 proficiency through employer-provided training.

🧰 Training & Onboarding

  • A320 type rating provided for successful candidates (NTR).
  • Structured ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line training.
  • Recurrent training and checking aligned with JCAB standards.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • Command experience: Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on jet aircraft.
  • Airline background: Previous Captain experience with a Japanese scheduled airline.
  • Total jet time: 1,000+ hours on jet aircraft.
  • Licensing & medical: Valid ATPL issued by JCAB and Class 1 medical.
  • Language: Fluent Japanese and ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Radio qualification: Air radio operator licence (or equivalent or higher).
  • Leadership & CRM: Proven safety leadership, decisive airmanship, and collaborative CRM.

Note: Candidates must be able to live and work in Japan independently; visa sponsorship is not provided.
