  • A320 type rating provided for successful candidates (NTR).
  • Structured ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line training.
  • Recurrent training and checking aligned with JCAB standards.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • Command experience: Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on jet aircraft.
  • Airline background: Previous Captain experience with a Japanese scheduled airline.
  • Total jet time: 1,000+ hours on jet aircraft.
  • Licensing & medical: Valid ATPL issued by JCAB and Class 1 medical.
  • Language: Fluent Japanese and ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Radio qualification: Air radio operator licence (or equivalent or higher).
  • Leadership & CRM: Proven safety leadership, decisive airmanship, and collaborative CRM.

Note: Candidates must be able to live and work in Japan independently; visa sponsorship is not provided.
