Hello Jets is seeking an experienced Captain to join its A320 family fleet in Bucharest, operating state-of-the-art aircraft on European charter and leisure services.
✈️ The opportunity
Lead safe, efficient A320 family operations for a growing Charter/Leisure Airline, supported by comprehensive training, modern technology, and a dynamic team culture.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft on charter/leisure routes from the Bucharest base.
- Command flight operations, lead the crew, and apply effective crew resource management.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Valid EASA ATPL with current A320 family type rating.
- Valid Class 1 Medical and ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
- Either 500 hours as A320 Commander (PIC) or 1,500 hours as A320 First Officer.
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and CRM skills.
- Right to live and work in Romania (visa sponsorship not provided).
