• Command A320 family operations in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Exercise decisive leadership, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exemplary CRM on every sector.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and threat and error management.
• Mentor and develop First Officers, fostering a strong safety and learning culture.
• Liaise effectively with cabin crew, dispatch, maintenance, and ATC to deliver an on-time, customer-focused operation.

• Total time: Minimum 4,000 hours on aircraft over 27 tonnes MTOW
• PIC on type: Minimum 500 hours as PIC on A320 family
• License: Valid ATPL with current A320 family type rating
• Medical: Current Class 1 medical
• ELP: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Currency: Actively flown within the last six months
• Logbook: Logbook pages updated and approved
• License validity at start: At least 2 months remaining from employment start date
• Education: At least high school graduation
• Medical clearance: Able to pass pre-employment health examination

• No written disciplinary action due to flight failure or flight indiscipline.
• No criminal record or criminal archive record; able to provide official clearances.
• Incident/Accident Clearance Statement required.
• Accept AJet’s designated base as your main base and reside accordingly.
• No prior resignation or termination from Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to indiscipline.
• No prior contract termination from Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates.
