🧭 Your mission
As Captain, you’ll set the tone for a safe, efficient, and composed operation from gate to gate. You will lead a professional multi-crew environment, ensure compliance with all regulatory and company procedures, and deliver a calm, customer-focused experience while mentoring your crew.
🧰 What you bring
- Total Time: 3,000+ hours
- PIC on Type: 1,000+ hours on Airbus FBW aircraft (A320 family)
- Multi-Engine: 2,000+ hours
- Turbine: 2,000+ hours
- Multi-Crew / MTOW: Experience on multi-engine, multi-crew, turbine aircraft with MTOW ≥ 20 t
- Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating
- Recency: Last flight on type within the previous 12 months
- License: Valid EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1 medical
- Language: ICAO English Level 5
- Clearances: No-incident/accident certificate and no criminal record
- Right to Work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU (no visa sponsorship)
- IT Skills: IT literate and comfortable with electronic flight ops systems
