🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you will take command of A320 family operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and outstanding crew coordination from briefing to block-in.

• Exercise command authority to uphold the highest standards of flight safety and regulatory/SOP compliance.
• Lead the flight deck, fostering effective CRM and clear communication with cabin and ground teams.
• Make timely, well-judged decisions in normal and abnormal operations while maintaining situational awareness.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and weather assessments, and concise operational briefings.
• Manage irregular operations and high-pressure scenarios with composure, prioritizing safety and service.
• Coach and mentor First Officers, supporting a professional, learning-oriented cockpit culture.
• Operate effectively across diverse, multi-cultural environments with professionalism and respect.

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current A320 family type rating (Type-Rated).

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 5,000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
• A320 Family Time on Type: 500 hours
• Type Rating: A320 Family — Required
• License: ATPL — ICAO accepted
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
