🧭 Your Mission

  • Command A320 family flights safely and efficiently from dispatch to shutdown.
  • Lead the flight deck, modeling effective CRM and mentoring First Officers.
  • Execute company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and SMS best practices.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather, performance, fuel, route, NOTAMs, and MEL/CDL considerations.
  • Make clear, timely decisions in dynamic operational scenarios while maintaining a calm, customer-focused presence.
  • Foster a safety-first culture across diverse, multi-cultural teams and stakeholders.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 5,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
  • Time in Type: 500 hours on A320 family
  • Type Rating: A320 family — Required
  • License Required: ATPL (ICAO)
  • Accepted Licenses: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: Fluent English; ICAO ELP Level 4+
