Airbus A320 Family Captain

• PIC time: 1,500 hours as PIC on commercial jets while employed by a commercial airline
• Part 121: 4,000 hours
• Type rating: Required (A320 or other transport-category jet type rating)
• Flight time notes: A320 or other jet type rating; 4,000 hours total commercial airline time; 1,500 hours PIC on commercial jets in airline service
• License req.: ATPL
• Open to Lic. Holders: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4

• Command A320 family aircraft in Part 121 operations with uncompromising adherence to SOPs and SMS.
• Lead and mentor flight deck and cabin crew, fostering a just culture and effective CRM.
• Exercise sound operational judgment in dynamic, multi-sector schedules and varied environments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, performance planning, fuel management, and on-time execution.
• Represent the airline with professionalism during irregular operations and customer interactions.
