🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 5,500 hours
  • Jet Time: 3,000 hours
  • Jet PIC: 1,000 hours
  • PIC on A320 Family: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: A320 Family – current and valid
  • License: ATPL (ICAO)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher

Only applicants meeting all minimums will be progressed to the next stage.

  • Lead the flight deck with professional judgement, strong CRM, and a mentoring mindset toward the First Officer and cabin crew.
  • Apply SOPs, FCOM/QRH guidance, and robust threat and error management across all phases of flight.
  • Deliver decisive go/no-go and in-flight decisions grounded in weather, performance, and operational risk assessments.
  • Champion a just culture, continuous improvement, and exemplary customer experience.
