🧭 Your mission

• Command A320 family flights with uncompromising safety, professionalism, and operational discipline.
• Lead a high‑performing crew, foster exemplary CRM, and mentor First Officers to the highest standards.

• Uphold company SOPs and regulatory compliance (CAAV/ICAO) across all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Jet time: Minimum 3,000 hours on jet airline aircraft (commercial airline and/or multi‑crew operations preferred).
• PIC time (pathways):
  • At least 1,000 hours PIC on A320F aircraft; or
  • At least 1,500 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg, with the expectation to complete the A320F type rating course before line operations at Vietravel Airlines.
• Type rating: A320F type rating required (see PIC alternative pathway above).
• License: Valid ATPL; CAAV license holders welcome.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Service mindset: Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and customer care.
