Vietravel Airlines is seeking an accomplished Captain to command Airbus A320 family operations. This is a permanent opportunity for a type-rated leader who champions safety, service excellence, and mentorship on every sector.
🧭 Your mission
- Command A320 family flights with uncompromising safety, professionalism, and operational discipline.
- Lead a high‑performing crew, foster exemplary CRM, and mentor First Officers to the highest standards.
- Deliver service excellence that reflects Vietravel Airlines’ warm, hospitality‑driven brand.
- Uphold company SOPs and regulatory compliance (CAAV/ICAO) across all phases of flight.
- Champion continuous improvement through training, briefings, and constructive feedback.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Jet time: Minimum 3,000 hours on jet airline aircraft (commercial airline and/or multi‑crew operations preferred).
- PIC time (pathways):
- At least 1,000 hours PIC on A320F aircraft; or
- At least 1,500 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg, with the expectation to complete the A320F type rating course before line operations at Vietravel Airlines.
- Type rating: A320F type rating required (see PIC alternative pathway above).
- License: Valid ATPL; CAAV license holders welcome.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Service mindset: Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and customer care.
