Join a high‑performing short‑haul operation on the Airbus A320 family. As Captain, you’ll set the tone for safety, leadership and performance while delivering a great customer experience across a dynamic UK and European network.
🧭 Role overview
Command A320 family aircraft with a safety‑first mindset, exercising sound judgement and decisive leadership. You’ll lead the flight deck and cabin teams, ensure regulatory and SOP compliance, manage on‑time performance, and deliver a calm, clear and customer‑focused operation in all conditions.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 4,000 hours
- In Type (A320 family): 500 hours
- Jet PIC: 500 hours
- Flight time notes: A minimum of 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft over 30 tonnes MTOW (by easyJet induction date).
- Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family rating (Type-Rated)
- Licence: UK CAA ATPL only
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or above

Evidence of eligibility, licensing and recency will be required during assessment and prior to start.
