🧭 Role overview

Command A320 family aircraft with a safety‑first mindset, exercising sound judgement and decisive leadership. You’ll lead the flight deck and cabin teams, ensure regulatory and SOP compliance, manage on‑time performance, and deliver a calm, clear and customer‑focused operation in all conditions.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • In Type (A320 family): 500 hours
  • Jet PIC: 500 hours
  • Flight time notes: A minimum of 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft over 30 tonnes MTOW (by easyJet induction date).
  • Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family rating (Type-Rated)
  • Licence: UK CAA ATPL only
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or above
