- Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor crew, promoting CRM best practices and a just culture.
- Deliver a smooth, customer-focused operation while safeguarding flight safety at all times.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- PIC time: 1000 hours
- Total jet time: 5000 hours
- Flight time notes: Minimum 1000 PIC hours on type or other airline transport jet category (e.g., B737, MD80)
- License: ATPL
- Open to licence holders: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher
🧾 Additional requirements
- Provide the latest Proficiency Check / Proficiency Training / Annual Line Check report.
- References from the Chief Pilot (or similar) of your last two employers.
- Flight safety record issued by an official organization and your current airline.
- No history of, or convictions for, substance abuse.
