🧭 Your mission

Lead safe, efficient, and on-time Airbus A320 operations across our scheduled network while role-modelling a safety-first culture and mentoring your crew.

  • Exercise full PIC authority, decision-making, and risk management in line with company SOPs and regulations.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM review.
  • Champion Threat & Error Management and effective CRM.
  • Ensure precise communication and compliance with ATC, dispatch, and ground operations.
  • Drive on-time performance while maintaining uncompromising safety margins.

🧰 What you bring

  • Valid ATPL issued by DGCA (India)
  • Class 1 Medical and ICAO ELP Level 4
  • Current FRTO and RTR
  • Accident/incident-free record at the time of application
  • Total time: 3000 hours (minimum)
  • Multi-engine: 25 hours (minimum)
  • PIC on Jet: Minimum 500 hours on jet aircraft operated by a Scheduled Operator with MTOW > 15,000 kg
  • PIC on Turbo-Prop: Minimum 4000 hours on turboprop aircraft operated by a Scheduled Operator with MTOW > 15,000 kg
  • NTR: Airbus A320 type rating will be provided upon selection
