🧭 The Role

As A320 Captain, you’ll lead a professional crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You will set the tone for a strong safety culture, mentor First Officers, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while making sound operational decisions.

Command Airbus A320 family flights with uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
Champion SOPs, CRM, and SMS, managing real-time decisions in dynamic environments.
Coach and develop flight deck colleagues; support training and checking activities as required.
Represent the airline professionally in all operational and customer-facing interactions.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

License: Valid ATPL
Open to Lic. Holders: ICAO
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
Total Jet Time: 5,000+ hours
PIC Time: 1,000+ hours
Flight time notes: 1,000 PIC hours on type or other airline transport jet category (e.g., B737, MD80)
Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided (NTR)
