🧭 The Role
As A320 Captain, you’ll lead a professional crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You will set the tone for a strong safety culture, mentor First Officers, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while making sound operational decisions.
- Command Airbus A320 family flights with uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
- Champion SOPs, CRM, and SMS, managing real-time decisions in dynamic environments.
- Coach and develop flight deck colleagues; support training and checking activities as required.
- Represent the airline professionally in all operational and customer-facing interactions.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- License: Valid ATPL
- Open to Lic. Holders: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
- Total Jet Time: 5,000+ hours
- PIC Time: 1,000+ hours
- Flight time notes: 1,000 PIC hours on type or other airline transport jet category (e.g., B737, MD80)
- Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided (NTR)

- References from Chief Pilot (or similar) of last two employers.
- Flight safety record issued by an official organization and current airline.
- No history of, or convictions for, substance abuse.
