🧰 Key Responsibilities

  • Exercise overall command for safe, compliant A320 operations from briefing to block-in.
  • Lead the flight deck with exemplary CRM, decision-making, and situational awareness.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, regulations, and operational policies.
  • Mentor and support flight crew to maintain a strong safety and service culture.
  • Adapt to dynamic rosters, operating conditions, and route structures.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

  • Total flight time: 4,000+ hours
  • PIC time: 1,500+ hours
  • Current and valid A320 family type rating
  • Valid ATPL (open to ICAO license holders)
  • Current Class 1 Medical
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Pilot history free of incidents or accidents
  • Ability to travel under a flexible flying schedule
  • Willingness to relocate upon request
