🧭 The Opportunity

As an A320 Captain, you’ll lead from the left seat across short- and medium-haul operations on the A320 family, ensuring the highest standards of airmanship, leadership, and customer care. You’ll mentor flight deck and cabin colleagues, uphold rigorous SOPs, and deliver reliable, on-time performance with safety as the uncompromising priority.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours
  • In Type (A320 family): 1,000 hours
  • PIC on Type: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Current A320 family type rating (required)
  • License: ATPL — ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4+
  • Safety Record: Incident or Accident free
