🧭 The Opportunity
As A320 Captain, you will safeguard every sector from briefing to block-off to post-flight review. You’ll set the tone for operational discipline, reinforce SOPs, and mentor the flight deck to achieve exceptional safety and service outcomes across a dynamic network.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Command A320 family operations with strict adherence to SOPs, MEL/CDL, and company manuals.
- Lead flight preparation, performance and fuel planning, and threat/error management.
- Foster a just culture on the flight deck, coaching PIC mindset and CRM best practices.
- Ensure regulatory and company compliance, maintaining airman proficiency and documentation.
- Partner with cabin leadership to deliver a consistent, on-time, customer-focused operation.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 3,500+ hours
- PIC in Type: 500+ hours on A320 family
- Type Rating: Current A320 family type rating (required)
- Licence: Valid ATPL
- Open to Licence Holders: CAAV, ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP Level: 4 or higher
- Education: High school graduate or higher
