• Command A320 family operations from preflight to shutdown, prioritizing safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
• Exercise decisive, calm leadership while fostering a collaborative, just culture on the flight deck.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (SOPs), company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage threat and error, weather and operational decision-making, and fuel efficiency strategies.
• Mentor and support First Officers and cabin crew; promote continual improvement and professional standards.
• Coordinate seamlessly with operations, dispatch, and maintenance to deliver on-time performance.

🧰 What you bring

• Current A320 family type rating (required).
• Valid EASA ATPL.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Valid international European passport or equivalent enabling unrestricted travel.
• No criminal convictions.
• Independent right to live and work as required (visa sponsorship is not provided).
