Take the left seat on one of the world’s most successful narrowbodies. We’re hiring an experienced, type-rated Airbus A320 Captain for a permanent position, leading safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations.

  • License: ATPL – EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Currency: Last flight on A320 within the preceding 12 months
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)

🧭 The mission

As Captain, you’ll command A320 family operations in commercial air transport, championing a proactive safety culture while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.

  • Lead the flight deck with calm, decisive command and robust SOP discipline.
  • Execute safe, compliant, and efficient operations for aircraft with MTOW > 25 tonnes.
  • Mentor and develop first officers; foster teamwork and clear communication.
  • Uphold SMS, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Maintain high standards of situational awareness and risk management.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 5,000 hours (Commercial Air Transport on aircraft with MTOW > 25 tonnes)
  • PIC Time: 1,500 hours (Commercial Air Transport)
  • In Type: 2,000 hours on A320 family
  • PIC in Type: 1,000 hours on A320 family
  • Type Rating: A320 valid and current
  • Currency: Last flight on A320 within the preceding 12 months
  • License Required: ATPL
  • Accepted Licenses: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP Level: 4

Flight time notes: 5,000 hours total flight time in Commercial Air Transport on aircraft with MTOW above 25 tonnes; 1,500 hours as PIC in Commercial Air Transport.

  • Safety Record: No accident or incident report
  • Background: Clean criminal record
