Take command of the Airbus A320 and lead safe, efficient operations as part of a professional, safety-first flight deck. We’re seeking an experienced Captain who thrives on precision, mentorship, and operational excellence.
🧭 The Opportunity
As an A320 Captain, you will set the tone for safety, discipline, and teamwork on every sector. You’ll steward operational decisions, model best practices, and ensure a seamless passenger and crew experience from briefing to blocks-on.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 5,000 hours on commercial air transport
- In Type (A320 family): 2,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours total, including 1,000 hours as PIC on A320
- Type Rating: Required on A320
- Flight Time Notes: 5,000 hours total flight time on commercial air transport with an MTOW above 25 tonnes; 1,500 hours as PIC in commercial air transport
🌟 Licensing, Medical & Currency
- License Required: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4
- Currency: Last flight on an A320 within the preceding 12 months
🛡️ Additional Requirements
- Passport: Valid
- Safety Record: No accident or incident report
- Background: Clean criminal record
📋 What You’ll Do
- Command A320 family operations across short- and medium-haul routes, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck, coordinating effectively with cabin crew, dispatch, and ATC.
- Oversee preflight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and adherence to MEL/CDL and company SOPs.
- Manage abnormal and emergency procedures decisively within regulatory and company frameworks.
- Promote a just culture, CRM best practices, and continual improvement.
