🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you will lead A320 family operations across a dynamic network, setting the tone for safety, teamwork, and on-time performance. You’ll mentor the crew, uphold SOPs, and make sound decisions in all phases of flight.

  • Command short- and medium-haul sectors with precision and professionalism.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and exemplary CRM on every flight.
  • Deliver a calm, customer-centric onboard experience while optimizing fuel and time.
  • Coach and develop flight deck colleagues; foster a just culture and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 4,000+ hours
  • PIC in type: 2,000+ hours as PIC
  • Flight time notes:
    • Minimum of 4,000 hours on A320 type or turbojet aircraft over 30 tons equipped with FMC, EFIS, or glass cockpit.
    • Minimum of 2,000 hours PIC on A320 type or turbojet aircraft over 30 tons with FMC, EFIS, or glass cockpit.
  • Type rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating required
  • License holders accepted: EASA, FAA, or ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Additional: No record of flight accident, serious incident, or criminal record
