FlyLili is expanding and looking for experienced, type-rated Airbus A320 Captains to join a growing operation. Enjoy a true commuting lifestyle with a stable 20 days ON / 10 days OFF roster, plus travel and accommodation provided while on duty.
🧭 Role at a Glance
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Command A320 family operations with a strong safety-first mindset and exemplary airmanship.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Execute flight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and operational decision-making under EASA regulations and company SOPs.
- Maintain recency, proficiency, and high standards of CRM and communication.
🌟 What You’ll Bring
- Licensing: EASA Part-FCL ATPL and valid EASA Class 1 Medical.
- Type Rating: Valid EASA A320 type rating.
- Experience: Minimum 3,000 total hours and 1,000 hours as PIC on Airbus.
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Right to Work: EU passport or the right to live and work in the EU or the home base country.
- Background: Clean criminal record.
- Recency: At least 3 take-offs and 3 landings in the preceding 90 days.
