🧭 What you’ll do

  • Exercise PIC authority to deliver safe, compliant A320 operations from preflight to shutdown.
  • Model strong CRM, lead the flight deck, and foster a just culture focused on safety and learning.
  • Adhere to SOPs, company manuals, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Manage fuel, weather, alternates, and operational decisions with sound judgment and timeliness.
  • Conduct thorough briefings, oversee checklists, and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
  • Collaborate proactively with cabin crew, dispatch, and engineering to maintain on-time performance.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3000 hours
  • PIC in type (A320): 100 hours
  • Type rating: A320 — Required
  • License: ATPL — DGCA accepted
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Records: Accident/incident-free at time of application
  • Radio/Telephony: FRTO and RTR
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided
