🧭 The Role
As an A320 Captain, you will lead the flight deck, uphold the highest safety standards, mentor and coordinate with your crew, and deliver a consistently excellent passenger experience. You bring sound decision-making, strong situational awareness, and a calm, communicative leadership style.
🧰 Minimum Flight Experience
- 5,000 hours total flight time on commercial air transport aircraft with MTOW above 25 tonnes.
- 2,000 hours on the Airbus A320 family (in type).
- 1,500 hours as PIC in commercial air transport.
- 1,000 hours as PIC on A320 family.
Flight time notes: 5,000 hours total flight time on commercial air transport with a MTOW above 25 tonnes; 1,500 hours as PIC in commercial air transport.
🌟 Qualifications & Recency
- Type Rating: A320 type rating required.
- Last Flight: On A320 within the preceding 12 months.
📄 Licences & Medical
- Licence: ATPL
- Open to Licence Holders: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🛡️ Compliance & Additional Requirements
- Passport: Valid
- Safety Record: No accident or incident report
- Background: Clean criminal record
