🧭 The opportunity

As an A320 Captain, you will lead from the front: ensuring flight safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional operational performance. You will set the tone for crew resource management, mentor first officers, and champion a safety-first culture across every sector you operate.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC in type: 1,000 hours on Airbus A320 family PIC
  • License: ATPL required (ICAO or UK CAA). UK ATPL preferred; other ICAO-compliant licences considered
  • Type rating: Current on Airbus A320 family
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ELP: ICAO Level 6
  • Flight time notes: Valid LPC as PIC on A320 family with at least 6 months validity from date of joining

🌟 Additional requirements

  • No criminal record: Certificate to be submitted after passing the interview
  • No incident/accident: Statement required, dated within 6 months at contract start

📋 What you will do

  • Command A320 family operations in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
  • Exercise sound operational decision-making to ensure safety, punctuality, and fuel efficiency
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck, promoting effective CRM and a just culture
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight briefings and maintain accurate operational reports
  • Uphold training and currency requirements, maintaining check standards at all times

🧾 Contract highlights

  • Term: 24 months, renewable based on performance and operational requirements
  • Base: To be advised at offer stage
  • Support: Visa sponsorship provided
