StarFlyer is inviting experienced jet Captains to join our A320 family fleet. If you hold a JCAB ATPL and possess strong command experience, this is your opportunity to lead safe, punctual, and passenger‑focused operations from either Kitakyushu or Tokyo Haneda.
🧭 The Role
As an A320 Captain, you will take command of domestic and regional services, ensuring the highest standards of flight safety, leadership, and operational discipline. You will also support First Officer development, including landing instruction when required.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Command A320 family operations in accordance with StarFlyer policies and JCAB regulations.
- Lead the flight deck, fostering a just culture, clear communication, and effective decision‑making.
- Deliver safe, efficient, and on‑time performance across all phases of flight.
- Support training activities, including instructing First Officers on landings where applicable.
- Uphold our premium service ethos through professional, passenger‑centric operations.
🌟 What You Bring
- Valid JCAB ATPL.
- Valid Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate.
- Aircraft Radiotelephone Operator certificate (or equivalent).
- ICAO Aviation English Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot‑in‑Command time on jet aircraft within a scheduled airline.
- Ability to operate as Captain with an unlimited A320 type rating (suitable for instructing FOs on landings, etc.).
- Strong CRM, leadership, and situational awareness in high‑density terminal environments.

- Primary Base: Kitakyushu Airport (KKJ)
- Alternative Base: Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND)
- Fleet: Airbus A320 family
