✈️ Lead the Line as an Airbus A320 Captain
Step into an exciting and rewarding opportunity as an Airbus Captain, where you will take command of aircraft operations while upholding the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and customer service. As part of our flight operations team, you will operate the Airbus fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional flight operations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, you will play a key role in delivering safe and reliable aviation services.
🧭 What You Will Do
- Command A320 operations across domestic and international routes, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time performance.
- Apply company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and sound judgment through all phases of flight.
- Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments, including weather, fuel, and alternates.
- Lead the flight deck with exemplary CRM, mentoring First Officers and fostering a just culture.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction.
- Champion safety management, continuous improvement, and accurate reporting.

- Strong knowledge of Airbus aircraft systems, operational procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, decisive decision-making, and clear communication skills.
- Experience operating international routes and in varying operational environments, including adverse weather conditions.
- Unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Jet PIC: Minimum 500 hours
- Flight time: Minimum 1,000 hours of corporate aviation experience
- License: ATP / ATPL
- Accepted licenses: EASA, FAA, ICAO, UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided for successful candidates

- A valid A320 type rating is an advantage.

- Company-provided A320 type rating training for non-typed Captains.
