Airbus A320 Captain – Type Rating Provided (NTR Welcome)

As an A320 Captain, you will lead a professional multi‑crew cockpit, uphold the highest safety standards, and deliver a smooth, on‑time operation. You will mentor first officers, champion exemplary CRM, and represent the airline with calm authority and sound judgment across all phases of flight.

• Total time: Minimum 3,500 factorized hours (see policy below)
• PIC time: Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC (excludes PICUS)
• Multi‑engine: Minimum 1,000 hours
• Jet: Minimum 1,000 hours
• Operational background: Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC on certified MPA MET (jet/fan) with MTOW > 50T in a public CAT operator environment (business/corporate operations excluded)
• Simulator hours: Not counted toward minimums

• License: ATPL (Airplanes) required
• Accepted licenses: EASA only
• Medical: EASA Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

No A320 type rating? No problem. Structured A320 type rating training will be provided for successful candidates. You will join a robust training pathway designed to set you up for safe, confident command on the Airbus A320 family.

To assess eligibility for command, a factorized hours policy is applied. Your logged hours in different categories are multiplied by predefined factors; the sum of all categories after factorization must meet or exceed the minimum threshold of 3,500 hours.

• Only actual flight time is considered; simulator hours are excluded.
• PIC hours are true command hours and do not include PICUS.
