As Captain on the A320 family, you will lead safe, efficient operations from briefing to debrief, set the tone for disciplined SOPs and CRM, and foster a positive, high-performance cockpit culture. You will collaborate closely with operations and cabin leadership to deliver a reliable, passenger-focused operation while upholding the highest standards of airmanship.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: Minimum 3,000 flight hours in full EFIS aircraft over 30 tons
- License req.: Valid ATPL (Open to Lic. Holders: AAC)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4
- Type rating: Not required — Training Provided
- Additional requirement: A valid passport is essential
