As an A320 Captain, you’ll command short- to medium‑haul operations across a diverse European network, mentoring a high‑performing crew and delivering a consistently safe, on‑time, and welcoming experience for every customer. 🧰 What You’ll Do

• Exercise command of A320 family aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of flight safety and compliance.
• Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs, EASA regulations, and national requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the flight deck and cabin crew through exemplary CRM and decision‑making.
• Manage operational risk, weather, and ATC constraints with sound judgement and proactive communication.
• Champion a positive, customer‑centric culture from briefing to debrief.
• Maintain personal proficiency and contribute to a just‑culture reporting environment.

🌟 What You Bring

• Licensing: Valid EASA ATPL(A) and Class 1 Medical.
• Type Experience: Current or recent A320 family experience; strong PIC proficiency on type.
• Operational Readiness: Recent line activity in multi‑sector, day/night, and adverse weather operations.
• Leadership: Proven team leadership with excellent CRM, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Compliance Mindset: Deep knowledge of SOPs, SMS, and fatigue management best practice.
• Language: Fluent English (ICAO Level 5/6 desirable); German language skills beneficial.
• Right to Work: EU work and residence eligibility.

Choose from established German bases: Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, or Düsseldorf. Operate a varied short/medium‑haul schedule across Europe with seasonal peaks and opportunities for additional flying subject to operational needs.
