  • Command A320 family flights in full compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best‑in‑class safety practices.
  • Exercise sound judgement in dynamic environments, from pre‑flight planning to post‑flight review.
  • Foster strong CRM, mentor flight deck teams, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Leverage modern tools and EFB workflows to drive operational excellence.
  • Represent HK Express with professionalism, delivering a friendly, reliable low‑cost experience.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,000 hours (including 1,000 PIC hours on multi‑engine jet aircraft)
  • In Type (A320 family): 500 hours
  • PIC on Type: 500 hours within the last 5 years
  • Multi‑Engine: 1,000 hours
  • Jet: 1,000 hours
  • Multi‑Crew Operations: 2,500 hours
  • Last Flight: Within the last 6 months
  • License: ATPL (ICAO)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or above
  • Radiotelephony: Valid Radiotelephony Operator’s Licence
  • Type Rating: Current A320 family type rating (required)
  • Open to Lic. Holders: ICAO
  • Right to Work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; independent eligibility to work in Hong Kong is required
