🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command A320 family operations across multi‑sector schedules, upholding the highest safety and SOP standards.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering a professional, collaborative environment.
  • Exercise sound, timely decision‑making in all phases of flight to balance safety, efficiency, and passenger experience.
  • Utilize modern avionics and digital tools with confidence—your strong IT literacy supports smooth, data‑driven operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC on type (Airbus A320 family): 1,000 hours
  • Multi‑engine, multi‑crew, turbine: 2,000 hours
  • MTOW: Experience on aircraft with MTOW of 20T or more
  • Type rating: Required (Airbus A320)
  • Currency: Last flight on type within the previous 12 months

🌟 Certifications

  • License: ATPL (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
