Total Time: 3,000 hours minimum
Command Hours on Airbus FBW: 1,000 hours minimum
Multi-Engine, Multi-Crew Turbine: 2,000 hours minimum on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 20 t
Type Rating: Current A320 family
License: EASA ATPL
Medical: Class 1
Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher
Recency: Last flight on type within the previous 12 months
Clearances: No criminal record; No-incident/accident certificate from authority or previous employer
Professional Skills: IT literate; strong CRM and leadership
Work Authorization: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU (no sponsorship)
