Resource Group is recruiting experienced Airbus A320 Captains on behalf of an important client in Germany. This permanent Flight Crew opportunity offers a local contract, multiple German bases, an attractive salary package, and the possibility of a fixed roster pattern.

  • License: EASA ATPL with current A320 type rating
  • Language: ICAO English Level 5

🧭 Your Mission

As A320 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and compliant operations across the Airbus A320 family network, providing strong cockpit leadership and exemplary airmanship while upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards.

  • Command A320 family operations with an unwavering focus on safety and on-time performance.
  • Exercise sound decision-making in all phases of flight, including adverse weather and operational disruptions.
  • Champion SOP adherence, CRM, and regulatory compliance (EASA/Company OM).
  • Mentor and support flight deck colleagues, fostering a professional, safety-first culture.
  • Coordinate effectively with cabin crew and OCC to deliver a seamless passenger experience.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • License: Valid EASA ATPL.
  • Type Rating: Current Airbus A320 type rating.
  • English: ICAO Level 5.
  • Right to Work: EU passport or citizenship.
  • Experience:
    • 3,000 hours total flight time.
    • 1,000 hours on A32F.
    • 2,000 hours total PIC, including at least 500 PIC hours on A32F.
